  • Up to 14 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the travel date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Within 14 Days of Travel: Cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Cancellation Requests: To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer service team at least 14 days before your scheduled travel date.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is approved.


Food Allergy & Medical Condition Policy:

We prioritize your safety and well-being during the trip. Please note the following guidelines regarding food allergies and medical conditions:

1.Food Allergies:

  • You must inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking or as early as possible before your trip.
  • While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in all circumstances.
  • It is your responsibility to bring necessary medications (e.g., EpiPens) and to manage your allergies during the trip.

2. Medical Conditions:

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions to us before booking.
  • We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider prior to booking to ensure you are fit for travel.
  • Our company does not provide medical services, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist in emergency situations, including connecting you with local medical facilities.

Travel Insurance & Injuries Policy

  • We will not be held responsible for any medical emergencies, allergic reactions, or medical incidents that may occur during the trip.
  • You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and medical evacuations.

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and emergency evacuation.

2. Injuries During the Trip:

  • We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses or treatment costs arising from injuries or incidents during the trip.
  • You must seek appropriate medical attention at your own cost and use your travel insurance to cover any expenses.

3. Emergency Situations:

  • While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure your safety, we are not responsible for managing emergencies such as accidents, injuries, illnesses, or natural disasters during the trip.
  • You are required to follow all local laws and regulations, and take necessary precautions to protect your health and safety.

4. Assumption of Risk:

  • By booking with us, you accept and acknowledge the inherent risks of travel, including accidents, injuries, illness, or unforeseen events, and agree that you are solely responsible for your safety and well-being during the trip.

5. Contact Information:

  • In the event of an emergency, you must have access to local emergency services, medical facilities, and embassy contacts. While we may assist with providing relevant information, the ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler.


Entrance Visa Policy:

Before confirming your booking, please ensure that you understand and comply with the visa requirements. We strongly recommend checking with the relevant authorities or legal experts to avoid any issues.
